Jesus calls each of us to love one another as He loves us. He also said whatever we to for others we do for Him. When we give food to the hungry, when we visit the lonely or imprisoned, when we pray for others, we are showing our love and care for others and for Jesus.

If you are being called to help those in need, our Social Justice Committee is a perfect fit for you!This group:
- discerns how best to use our gifts of time, talent and treasure to benefit those in need locally and abroad
- organizes service activities including the Giving Tree, St. Patrick and Dubuque Rescue Mission Meals, the food pantry, and much more
- considers social justice issues and global outreach to help improve the lives of people in other parts of the country and world

Since 2015, our parish has committed to supporting and praying for St. Therese of the Child Jesus parish in Gonaives, Haiti.
