Catechetical gatherings are held every Wednesday evening from 6:30 PM-7:45 PM.

In Martin Hall. We begin September 7th and conclude April 24th.

“Kids for Christ Program” engages the Children of God to fill their hearts with faith and deepen their relationship with Christ.

Our interactive program assists parents in providing a sound foundation for the faith formation of their children. Children will be involved in engaging and interactive learning activities, they will grow in knowledge of the Bible, Bible stories, Biblical characters of both the Old and New Testaments, the teachings of Jesus, the gospel message, and the teachings of the Catholic Church.

A rich and key component to this program is our age-appropriate Faith Sharing groups. Each night children will spend time talking with each other, asking questions, stating important thoughts to their peers.  When a person feels valued, great things happen!!  They begin to develop strong intrinsic moral values, their faith comes alive, as does their faith and trust in God.

“The definitive aim of catechesis is to put people not only in touch but in communion, in intimacy, with Jesus Christ: only He can lead us to the love of the Father in the Spirit and make us share in the life of the Holy Trinity.”

- St Pope John Paul II

In our program, the children will make lasting friendships, find acceptance, and develop love of self while building self-worth and self-confidence.  Children that have lived with a strong emphasis on faith and self-worth grow up to become trusting adults who respect other people and all of God’s creation.

They will come to know and believe they are loved by God for no other reason than simply being the wonderful and beautiful child God created them to be.
