Acts: The Spread of the Kingdom

We are pleased to welcome you to the next bible study at St. Joseph the Worker parish. A 20-week Bible study
Acts: The Spread of the Kingdom will begin on Monday September 25th from 6:30 to 8:30 pm in Martin Hall.
Participants will meet every Monday through November, break for December, then resume again January 8 th for the
final 10 sessions. Each session will include fellowship, lively group discussion and an engaging video presentation by
Jeff Cavins.

The Acts of the Apostles is the story of how a few Christians empowered by the Holy Spirit were chosen to bring
Christ and the Good News to the ends of the earth. Acts: The Spread of the Kingdom is a Bible study that traces how
the gospel message spread outward in waves from Jerusalem and reveals how the seeds of Church structure and
authority took root. It shows how the joys and struggles of the early Christians in living the life of Christ apply to us
today.
